Modernised site equipment is now fielded and available for demand, strengthening operational capability and supporting safe, reliable construction activity across the organisation.
The successful completion and fielding of six key site equipment projects mark another important milestone in the organisation’s Asset Replacement Programme. The project has delivered a range of essential construction support equipment, including a 100-litre concrete mixer, 5.2-metre screed beam, electrical and mechanical vibration pokers, concrete finisher and plate compactor.
Delivering practical capability
Working in close collaboration with OEM partner Altrad-Belle, the project was delivered on time and within budget, ensuring that end users have access to modern, reliable equipment that meets current operational requirements. Each equipment has been enhanced through increased power, ancillaries or functionality such as Hours meters or Electric Start. Equipment is supported by a comprehensive suite of technical publications, enabling safe operation, maintenance and long-term sustainment.
Collaborative delivery
The successful outcome reflects strong project management, effective stakeholder engagement and excellent cooperation between all parties involved. By delivering these assets in line with the Asset Replacement Programme, the project has enhanced capability, improved equipment reliability and ensured continued support to engineering construction projects and operations in the future.
Supporting future operations
This achievement demonstrates the value of effective planning and collaboration, providing a modernised equipment fleet that will support operational delivery across the organisation. The new equipment gives users dependable, fit-for-purpose assets backed by the information needed to operate and maintain them safely throughout their service life.
